The
Proper Start
|
Cleaning
& Preparation |
|
We
feel that the most
important step in any
project is the proper
beginning.
Proper preparation and
thorough cleaning is
not only important but
absolutely
necessary. |
The
Extra Effort
|
Primer
coating |
|
There
are
several
layers
of
material
applied
to
your
new
roofing.
First
is
the
primer
coating
which
is
a
water
based
product
that
helps
the
polyurethane
foam
to
adhere
to
the
existing
roofing
material. We
apply a primer coating
over gravel, concrete,
metal, stucco and
plywood to help assure
the foam coating
properly bonds to the
roof for a perfect
seal. |

Polyurethane
Foam |

Next
is
the
polyurethane
foam
layer,
which
is
spray
applied,
to
insulate
and
water
proof
the
roof
making
a
seamless
insulating
barrier. |
The
Options
|
Coatings |
|
The
next
layer
is
the
coating
layer which
protects
the
foam
from
ultraviolet
rays
and
the elements. |
Cold
or Hot Climates
|
Acrylic |
|
Acrylic
coating
is
applied
as
a
very
cost
effective
coating
and
performs
well
in
most
climates. |
Hard
and Tough
|
Urethane |
|
Urethane
coating
is
the
most
durable
and
is
extremely
hard.
This
coating
is
used
on
roofs
that
have
high
traffic
or
exposure
to
hail
and
physical stress. |
The
Longevity Champion
|
Silicone |
|
Silicone
coating
is
totally
inorganic
and
does
not
break
down
over
the
years.
It
is
very
cost
effective, costs
a little more,
but
it's
longevity
outperforms
both
acrylic
and
urethane
coatings. |
Make
it Pretty
|
Ceramic |
|
Ceramic
roofing granules
may
be
applied
in
the
wet
top
coating
for
added
durability,
longevity
and
esthetics. Granules
are
available
in
various
colors
for
cosmetic
appeal. |
